How soon can somebody come and look?
Generally within a few days for a quoting visit, and quicker where a sale or a builder's programme is driving the date.
Say so on the phone and we will tell you honestly whether the timescale works.
Is there a charge for quoting?
None. The visit, the measure and the written figure cost nothing and carry no obligation whatsoever.
Twenty minutes on your wall beats a number guessed down the phone that has to be revised later.
Can you indicate a figure beforehand?
Frequently. Photographs of each elevation, the property type and the number of storeys let us give a broad range, often the same day.
Treat that as orientation only. The firm figure follows the visit.
What should I have ready?
Photographs of every wall you are considering, what is currently on them, and any cracking or hollow areas you have already spotted.
If a colour is in mind, or a house locally whose finish you admire, mention it. That saves several exchanges.
